Brittany Cox, LCSW, BSP 1
Helping women, couples, and families navigate anxiety, ADHD, motherhood, relationships, and life’s transitions with compassion, practical tools, and meaningful support.
Brittany Cox, LCSW, believes that taking the first step toward therapy is often the hardest part. Once you reach out, you don't have to figure everything out by yourself. Brittany works alongside her clients to create a safe, supportive space where they can slow down, gain clarity, and begin making meaningful changes.
Brittany takes an integrative approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each person's unique needs, goals, and personality. She understands that no two people—or situations—are exactly alike, and she believes therapy should be personalized rather than forcing every client into the same therapeutic model.
Her own experiences with ADHD, postpartum anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together have shaped her understanding of how difficult it can be to feel like you're falling short despite trying your hardest.
Brittany's journey taught her that healing isn't about perfection. It's about understanding yourself, learning new ways to cope, and extending yourself the same compassion you so freely give to others.
Today, she considers it an honor to walk alongside people navigating anxiety, ADHD, motherhood, relationship struggles, burnout, and life's many transitions.
If you're feeling disconnected from yourself, your partner, or the life you want, you don't have to navigate it alone.

Christian Counseling & Faith Integration
Brittany's approach to faith integration is client-led and respectful of each person's individual beliefs and relationship with God.
As a Christian, she understands that faith can be a powerful source of comfort, meaning, and strength during difficult seasons while also recognizing that every person's faith journey is unique.
For clients who want to incorporate their Christian faith into therapy, Brittany is happy to explore how their beliefs, values, and spiritual practices can support healing and growth.
This may include:
Discussing biblical principles
Exploring spiritual questions
Addressing faith-related struggles
Examining how faith intersects with anxiety and relationships
Exploring faith and motherhood
Working through questions surrounding self-worth
Considering how faith relates to life's challenges
Brittany does not use faith as a tool for judgment or shame. Instead, she views faith as one of many resources that can help people find hope, purpose, resilience, and connection.

Ready to Take the Next Step?
You don't have to be falling apart to benefit from therapy.
You don't need a diagnosis, a traumatic past, or a perfect explanation for why you're struggling. You simply need a willingness to be curious about yourself and open to the possibility that things could feel different.
If you're overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, disconnected, exhausted, or simply not feeling like yourself, therapy can provide a place to slow down, gain clarity, and start moving toward the life you want.
The hardest part is often sending the first email or making the first call. After that, you don't have to figure it out alone.
When you're ready to stop carrying everything on your own and start creating a life that feels calmer, more connected, and more manageable, Brittany is here to help.
