A message from Brittany: “Whether you're adjusting to motherhood, questioning long-held beliefs, or trying to find yourself again after years of putting others first, therapy can be a space where you begin to come back home to yourself. If you’ve been feeling like you’re constantly “on,” overthinking everything, or questioning your worth, you don’t have to carry that alone anymore. With me, you can find a space where you can finally exhale, feel deeply understood, and being reconnecting with who you are beneath the pressure. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space for women navigating motherhood, identity shifts, and healing from experiences that have shaped how they see themselves in the world.”
